Congratulations to Tina Yates who has had her folder marked and verified and has successfully passed her Care Certificate.
The photos show her receiving her framed certificate from Liz Bowskill the Operations Manager and Trainer Lisa Oates. Lisa said 'We couldn't be more proud of Tina who has worked really hard to complete the 15 standards, Tina is already asking what's next?'
We have a number of staff following in her footsteps and there is a real buzz of learning and development amongst the staff team.
