"I am delighted to join the Board of The Connaught as Care Support Director," she said. "I am passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support. I look forward to working with colleagues, residents, members of the community and their families as we continue to build on the Connaught's strong reputation and further enhance the services we provide."

Chair Judy Craske added: "Clare is passionate about the Connaught's work as one of the largest care homes in the Bailiwick, along with our domiciliary care programme. We are delighted to welcome her on board."

As a charity, The Connaught's mission is to deliver affordable and sustainable care to the senior residents of Alderney.
