Several of the Connaught residents enjoyed visiting the Annual W.I. Fruit, Vegetable and Flower show on Saturday 20th July. The gardening club had worked hard over the last year and it was no surprise that recognition was shown for the effort with the club receiving a first and two second prizes for gooseberries, tomatoes and courgettes...

We would like to say a big thank you PAT SHORT. Pat was FANTASTIC help. Have a look at our new, colourful and beautiful hanging baskets outside the Jubilee.

Two key members of staff at The Connaught Care Home are due back after a visit to its 'twin' in Eastern Eupore which is jointly funded by the generosity of an Alderney man.
